is the evaluation of an organization’s needs followed by the identification and management of requirements to arrive at a solution. In short, it is the discipline of working with stakeholders to define an organization’s requirements in order to shape the output of projects and ensure they deliver the expected business benefit.
PMI-PBASM designation recognizes expertise in business analysis as a technique for uncovering business needs, managing requirements, and creating effective solutions to business problems in order to ensure overall success of projects. BMC will impart the knowledge of Project Management Business Analysis to the participants with a view to pass the PMI-PBASM certification exam in the shortest possible time. The course will be delivered to teach and train the participants the basic concepts, tools and techniques and five domains of PMI-PBASM. Introduction to Project Management would also be covered in the training.
The PMI-PBASM certification requires a combined understanding of business analysis principles, practices, tools and techniques, as well as experience working on projects. This allows credential holders to exemplify a high level of professional credibility. Ideal candidates include practitioners responsible for stakeholders, are in charge of project and/or organizational requirements (including discovery and analysis), or who apply business analysis tools and techniques to enable project success.
During the training course, the participants will take 5 practice examinations, one each for five domains and one 4-hour fully simulated final exam under conditions similar to the actual exam.
